Yes. YMF takes zero equity in your venture, ever. You keep 100% of what you build — the fellowship is built on a pay-it-forward model, not by owning a piece of you.
There isn't a hidden one. YMF is backed by founders and operators who were helped early in their own journeys and want to give it forward. The only "ask" is that as you grow, you come back and mentor, open doors, and help fund the next cohort of founders.
Students and recent graduates aged 18–23 in India who are obsessed with a problem and in the early stages of building a scalable venture — ideally you've already tried a prototype, a pilot, or gathered a small community. Hunger to build matters more than credentials.
Yes. It's a 4-month program built around active building with weekly or bi-weekly mentor sessions, workshops, and peer circles. It's intensive, but designed to run alongside studies. What matters is that you're seriously building during it.
A dedicated one-on-one mentor, expert-led workshops on validation, storytelling, GTM and resilience, a peer cohort and co-working sprints, showcase opportunities across YMF channels, and lifetime access to the alumni network.
